4/30 Fit for a Queen (Tam comments)
We arrived in Amsterdam the day before the Queens birthday celebration. What a party that was! Dressed in orange and bopping to techno music that blared from every other street corner, the revelers painted the town red.
Jim and I were open-mouthed or laughing most of the day. Highlights included partiers on the boats that cruised the canals that ringed the city, the solo drummer surrounded by a crowd where everyone was dressed as either Fred or Wilma Flintstone, and shocking mounds of garbage.
Delightful as it is here, Jim and I agree that we are antsy to start the walk...
